After-School Care

 

• While all the UCH children go to either local schools or the Uluru Nursery and Primary School during day time, the focus on their academic education and extra curricular activities continues even outside school hours.

• After they return from school, the UCH children have some milk, relax and play for a while and then have some tuition every week night before dinner time. This helps them overcome any learning difficulties they may be facing at school and also reinforce the lessons learnt at school. Emphasis is placed on both academic studies and applying the concepts that they are studying.

•  Currently 9 tutors come to UCH , 6 days a week.

• The after-school education system for the UCH children aims to help them perform better at school and boost their self-confidence. 

 

• Headmasters at the local schools where our children are studying have been very positive about the value of extra tuition.
